Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
1. Understand the difference between traditional sales techniques and Question-Based Selling. 
2. Learn how to avoid objections instead of dealing with objections.
3. Learn the types of questions that can be used in a Real Estate Sale and how to apply Situation, Problem, Implication and Result questions in your actual real estate transactions.
4. Develop your own questions during the workshop through group discussions, based on your own experiences, which can be readily applied to your transactions. 
5. Identify the consumer decision phases by recognizing the customer readiness to decide, distinguishing implicit and explicit needs. 
6. Understand how value perception differs from price, and how value perception can affect decisions. Develop a focus on the value, importance, or utility of a solution.

Please take note of the following important steps:
1. Register for the class using the email associated with your Zoom account to ensure you receive a confirmation email from Zoom.
2. Double-check that your license number is accurately entered during the Zoom registration process, as this will be used for your DPBR credits.
3. Plan to join the session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for troubleshooting and support if needed.
4. Please ensure you are logged in before the class begins, as being absent for more than 10 minutes or leaving before the session ends will disqualify you from earning CE Credits.
5. For the best experience, we recommend using a standard computer with a stable internet connection. Avoid using mobile devices or relying on mobile hotspots. A stable wired internet connection is ideal for a seamless session.

Class/Event cancellations for “Specialty” courses (Designations/Certifications/license renewal) received within 3 business days of the class start day will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which would result in a partial refund of the paid registration fee. If the aforementioned registration was not paid, an invoice for the $20 cancellation fee will be applied.

Members who “No Show” a class/event without notice of cancellation prior to class/event will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee.
